Personality:
Shy, but once you get to know her she can be really fun. Most people think she is weak because she is so small, but once they battle, they never make THAT mistake again!!! She is very smart, and knows many ninjutsus and genjutsus. She lost her parents when she was young, so she holds onto the friends she has dearly. She loves the smell of rain, and watching the clouds and stars. Her best friend is Jojo, because they are cousins. She tries her best during training, but gets hurt a lot. When she masters a new technique, she asks her friends, and anyone else if they want to get something to eat. She pays, because she doesn't like to make others do that. Her favorite animal is a white tiger, and she admires the Mizukage, because they are so strong.

The Background
History
Katara lost her parents when she was four years old. She lives with her older sister, but they don't get along. When she was at the academy, she tried to show everyone her abilities, but most were caught up with the boy ninjas. She likes to try and make the village better, and makes friends. Since she doesn't get along with her sister, she is usually by herself, or just hanging outside, enjoying nature. Her sister's name is Alorea, and she doesn't like having being left to take care of Katara.
She pretty much gets along with everyone, but sometimes she can make someone mad or upset without meaning to. She hopes to one day become at least a Jonin, and then get married. Her sister, however, thinks she won't make it. When Alorea was in the Ninja Academy, she failed. So, when Katara passed, she hated her. She does whatever she can to ruin Katara's future. But, Katara still loves Alorea, for some reason most people don't know. Her mother's name was Kami, and her fathers name was Hiodarui. They got killed by rogue ninja. At age eight she and her sister decided to move to the Hidden Leaf

Okay first thing you are trying to be a Hyuuga and all hyuuga clan members have white grayish colored eyes so you might want to fix that. Also remember it is not air it is wind affinity.

Next you will need a bit more history to your character and this site is not directly Canon and is based in many generations into the future where people like Sasuke and Hinata are dead and gone and time has passed by so many years that they are nothing, but legends that might not have even existed.

Okay now on to your Advanced Skills you get to have all your advanced skills available to you, but you get five points to place where you want starting out.

Next for your Unique Abilities, your first one is fine that it will count as one rank higher. Now your minor extra element water is actually a major not a minor. Also the Byakugan is a major so you need to add that and the Hyuuga clan is a minor one s you will need to add that as well.

Your weaknesses are fine over all just need to fix your UAs.

Finally your stats they are way to high you only get 40 starting out as a genin so that will be needing to be fixed.
