These are the rulings for Fuuinjutsu for making and breaking them.

Making Fuuinjutsus:
When using Fuuinjutsu to make a seal at the bottom of the post you need to write what seal it is as well as your characters intelligence at the time casted. When calculating your intelligence also include the additions you get for the Rank of the Fuuinjutsu. The system for this is below.

Fuuinjutsu Intelligence Boost:
E-Rank: No Additions
D-Rank: Plus 1 to Intelligence
C-Rank: Plus 2 to Intelligence
B-Rank: Plus 4 to Intelligence
A-Rank: Plus 7 to Intelligence
S-Rank: Plus 11 to Intelligence


Breaking Fuuinjutsus:
  • Less than 50% means there is no clear difference in your characters intelligence and the persons intelligence that used the Fuuinjutsu at the time. For example; Person A has 7 Intelligence, Person B has used a Fuuinjutsu with an Intelligence of 7. There is no clear difference between them so breaking the seal of the Fuuinjutsu is highly unlikely. Your character sooner or later can break the seal, but it will take a lot of time. The difference between your characters Intelligence and the Intelligence of the one that casted the Fuuinjutsu at the time, times two equals how many posts it will take to beak the seal. Person A has 7 Intelligence, Person B has 5 Intelligence so it will take 4 posts to analyze and break the seal.
  • From 50% to 75% means your character can break the Fuuinjutsu seal, but it will take some time. For example; Person A has an Intelligence of 8, Person B has used a Fuuinjutsu with an Intelligence of 5. This means your character can break the seal, but the differences between your Intelligence and the one that casted the Fuuinjutsu at the time equals how many posts it will take to break the seal. For example, Person A has 8 Intelligence, Person B has 5 Intelligence so it will take 3 posts to analyze and break the seal.
  • From 75% to 100% means there is a clear difference in the characters skill trying to break the seal compared to the character that casted the Fuuinjutsu. For example; Person A has an Intelligence of 10, Person B has used a Fuuinjutsu with an Intelligence of 5. Breaking another’s Fuuinjutsu is not that difficult for your character. This means the differences between your Intelligence and the one that casted the Fuuinjutsu at the time divided in half equals how many posts it will take to break the seal. For example, Person A has 10 Intelligence, Person B has 5 Intelligence so it will take 2 posts to analyze and break the seal. (If you have a decimal you round down.)
  • Over 100% means your skills in Fuuinjutsu are far greater than that of the character that used the Fuuinjutsu. For example; Person A has an Intelligence of 15, Person B has used a Fuuinjutsu with an Intelligence of 5. This means you can break the seal with no problem at all. It will take no extra posts to do so.
